Our Beginning
Franklin Services Unlimited began as a small business operating from the basement of the owner’s home in the year 1998 under the name of L&B Janitorial Service. L&B Janitorial Service provided office cleaning services to private sector businesses. During these years, the owner, Ms. Lesa Franklin, worked alone to service these locations working five days per week from 4:30 pm till 6:30 am 365 days per year, breaking at 3:00 am and resting for 45 minutes. However, the struggle and hard work eventually paid off. L&B Janitorial Service has grown into Franklin Services Unlimited, staffing more than 30 employees and 13 subcontractors in numerous locations throughout the United States.
Franklin Services Unlimited is proud to be a Federal Contractor providing janitorial and related services to various districts of the Army Corp of Engineers, Military Command Units, Reserve Installations, and other Government agencies throughout the United States.
Although our primary market is the United States military (Department of Defense), we do offer the same excellent services to private businesses. Each of our employees takes the same pride and provides the same excellent service that this company did when we were an organization of one employee in 1998.
